Quest system - quest and quest are the quest of the quest and all i can quest is the quest of my mother quest. Lets be real, anyone who enjoy playing on-line games CAN'T be satisfied with this game, even Tolkien fans CAN'T be satisfied so I m trying to figure it out who is actually playing this game?ġ. Thank you developers, thank you so much for giving me the chance to try the free 7-day trial so that I can see that this game don't have any words from M M O R P G in it except game (and this is questionable too, because game suppose to be fun and entertaining). Well no mather what I or anyone says to you, its no point i gess, i never said that all the people on Landroval Rp's, what im saying is that there are a lot of RP activities, but aigan if you dont look for it it wont come to you if your not trying or playing it, same thing as you had the problems whit looking for groups, but i can see you can look up newsarticals prety well, what im getting tired of is to listen to somone that says a thousand time how bad the game is, that does not even plays it, but thats probbly your idea of having fun i gess. Impressive the things you can find on websites. I guess I better go check out THAT game.wowsers! QUOTE: " There’s no doubt that Vanguard: Saga of Heroes will be one of the highest subscribed MMO games by the end of this year." Wait, so since the Boston Globe said their are 800k subs in LOTRO, it also must be right. I am sorry.your right.because that website says so, all people on Landroval got me. You sould stop judgeing games that you dont even play, and only played "half", i sugest you check out and try aigan, or stop claiming things that are untreu.Landroval is a great (unofficial) RP server and lots of events created there for Roleplaying. That's also true of Ryzom and EQ2 in my experience. Social aspects of the game are different then Ryzom, no people don't hang in front of a mektoub and shoot the crap while crafting, but there are events and people do role play but if you're not in a role playing guild and not sure where to find role players you won't see them very easily. It's a casual game, hence the easy leveling and crafting system, that's how it is, it's not a joke, it's exactly what it's supposed to be. Yes you are hand held and taking through the quests and stories, that's part of the intended game play, the music system is used often I see musicians all the time, not as often as after launch but that's not surprising either. It's not EQ2, it's not Ryzom, it's not WoW, it may borrow from those games in obvious ways, but the package is it's own. Here's the problem with this thread That game you have loved for years and called your own that is either dying or not as popular as it once was, IS NOT LOTRO! That's a scream of frustration right there. So, all games have socail aspects.and it makes me wonder if you have played any other MMO sandage, as it sounds like your enamored of these features that other games have also.ĪWwwwwwwwwwHHHHHHHHHHhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!! Player music has been quite sad.I would see maybe one or two people doing just did not take off.whether it is being used more nowadays, i do not know.but, it was far and between.and of course, nothing was more fun than mapping back to Bree, to have a budding musician (read: Crappy) standing by the stone plunking away and having it blare through my speakers. I agree the housing looks cool, and can't wait to see how it is implemented.as this sounds great, so no qualms with that statement.įishing will be great.but should have been in for open.so many people clamored for it in Closed Beta, and during Dev chats the Devs made fun of it as well, like they were so sick of hearing about it.good way to treat the fans.ĮQ2 has had visual customization, so this is nothing new having a barber.but, I will wait to see how it is implemented.for example, if the styles are unique and different than the initial selection (which is quite limited to begin with) then I will be impressed. Roleplaying is not huge on their servers (even on Landroval, which was designated Roleplay.but no one did it.).I saw more RP in WoW, than I ever did in LOTRO. The facts are LOTRO has as many social aspects as any other MMO.so, this is nothing new. Isnt "Social Aspect" being in an guild of poeple you do not know and to quest once in a while? Its Role playing heaven, player music, Characters ,Sesionplay, And Things that are comming soon are Housing, Fishing, and Barbers and much more. I played from beta till 2 months ago and here is what i find bad about this game:Įrm what? if there is anything that sets Lotro apart from other mmo's it is the SOCIAL ASPECTS.
